Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of CHECK THIS FIRST — Complete Homeowner Guide, a downloadable PDF sold by becollectio and processed through Whop.

Immediate digital delivery

The ebook is supplied electronically. A download is made available immediately after a successful payment, and Whop also sends the purchasing email address a delivery message. Please save a local copy after purchase.

Change-of-mind requests

Because a digital file can be retained after it has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after access or download has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

EU, EEA, and UK consumers

Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. For digital content, that right may end once access or downloading begins if the buyer expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. If the legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, the statutory withdrawal right remains available. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

When a refund or other remedy may apply

• The ebook was not delivered and access cannot be restored within a reasonable time.
• The supplied PDF is materially defective or unreadable and a working replacement cannot be provided.
• The product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
• A duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or confirmed payment-processing error occurred.
• A refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

How to request help

Open the purchase receipt or support conversation in Whop and contact becollectio. Include the order email, transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. Payment-layer issues can also be reported directly to Whop. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to Whop's processing time.

Abuse and chargebacks

A buyer should contact becollectio first so delivery or file problems can be corrected promptly. This does not restrict any chargeback, payment-dispute, or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
